This manual is our 8th edition training manual used for conducting workshops in Highly Effective Questioning. While the Highly Effective Questioning book spells out all the ideas and practices in detail, this training manual is specifically intended to help staff developers lead participants through 1/2 day and full day workshops and help participants move towards applications. The training manual includes thought exercises, visual aides, and sample lessons in reading, math, and science that you can "try out" with workshop participants. This training manual is what all participants to Highly Effective Questioning receive as part of the introductory workshop
